Training your own in-house telemarketing staff takes place in your own premises, over either a half day or whole day programme.
We cover:-

- Maintaining control over conversations and closing skills
One to One Coaching
As a follow up to our Telemarketing Training workshops, we offer one to one coaching over the phone, with our in-house telemarketing expert. This provides a confidence boosting, safe and supportive method of raising an individual’s skills, and providing feedback and coaching. Detailed feedback and recommendations are provided to the line manager responsible.
For Small Business owners and managers we also offer workshops on B2B Marketing Strategy and Campaign Planning. Featuring detailed knowledge of how to design, plan and manage a B2B Marketing and Lead Generation campaign. The typical topics covered are:-

IT Wiser have recently redeveloped their site and services they offer to clients.
They approached Step4Success to see what they could offer in terms of growing their Business and increasing profit margins. We looked at several routes to market and discussed the best option.
